Once you schedule your first session, you’ll receive an email with onboarding/insurance forms within 3 business days. These forms help us understand your symptoms, goals, and health history so we can pair you with the dietitian who’s the best fit for your needs. While 98% of our clients pay $0 out-of-pocket, we’ll still verify your coverage before your first call to make sure there are no hidden costs or surprises!

STEP 3: Your First Visit - Comprehensive Assessment
This is where the magic happens! Meet with your personal dietitian and get started on your health journey.

STEP 4: Keep it Going - This Isn’t a One-and-Done Experience!
In your follow-up sessions, your dietitian will fine-tune your nutrition plan and provide fully customized recipes, meal plans, and grocery lists - making your health journey easier, smoother, and 100% tailored to you!
